We can create your patch with your artwork, logo or even a rough sketch. If you don’t have artwork, let us know your patch idea & we will create a unique design according to your needs.
• We produce high quality custom patches by using the highest quality of threads & materials to ensure that your patches will last through even the harshest washing conditions.
• We accept .jpg, .gif, .tif, .bmp, .psd, and .eps files. The maximum file size for each file is 1 MB
• Production time: 2 weeks.
• Includes rayon threads up to 7 colors, standard merrow border and plastic backing.
• Additional Charges:
Low Melt Backing (LM): prices are listed at the bottom of each size.
Simple Hand-Cut (HS) Shapes: prices are listed at the bottom of each size.
• Pressure sensitive backing: $.07 per inch
• Metalic threads: $.20 per color per piece
